She really didn't say much or give me much information. Had to wait days for AVS or clinic notes in My Chart to try and obtain more info

Care provider did not introduce herself upon entering. Immediately asked about questions or concerns. Provider was cold, and impersonal, and barely talked loud enough for patient to hear. Patient explained symptoms and asked if it was normal, provider stated that it was not, but never followed up or gave any feedback or insight on what to do for said symptoms. Provider barely listened to infant heart rate and ended the appointment quickly. My husband and myself both felt uncomfortable and rushed out.

Dr horn made sure my well being appoints were scheduled

Doctor Horne lacks professionalism and empathy! I believe she is in the wrong industry. I would not trust her to delivery my mom, so due to her, I am switching offices and going somewhere new
