Novant Health Primary Care, Ligon Mill has been our PCP’s for MANY years. Also, within our church family there are members who have established care with this practice. From check in to out, all levels of staff at this office have excellent customer service skills. Physicians in this practice work well together; excellent listening skills, explain simply to patients medical issues in understandable terminology.

When booking an appointment online, having >500 characters to state the reason for your appointment is great. It allows you to be more complete with symptoms/background information, so it saves time because the doctor comes into the exam room more prepared.
