Dr Bernstein is a very good communicator.

Dr Bernstein was excellent. He was willing to squeeze me in to his already packed schedule for surgery to accommodate a trip I had coming up. I've never had a doctor be that selfless and accommodating. That was true customer service at its best!

Doctor was very familiar with my complaint.

He seemed very good and very knowledgeable

Could not have asked for a nicer doctor.. He explained my situation to the degree of having surgery again even still knowing it's my fault, stated if I had just went along with the program. Again he was GREAT.
