Felt doctor was a little aloof and sped through the visit

He was very prepared and asked very good questions. He was concerned about me getting better, and well.

We talked about my future surgery - he detailed what would happen and why, and answered all my questions. I felt heard, understood and that I had picked the right doc for my arthritis in my hands.

He seemed extremely knowledgeable. I have confidence in him. He did seem to be in a hurry to say what he needed to say. I gave him ADA paperwork to complete, which has not been completed

The staff with Dr. Bernstein was so welcoming, friendly, helpful. Then you get to Dr Bernstein and he is caring, compassionate, wants to genuinely assist you with your ailment. My finger feels the best it has in over a year. There is no fix for my issue, but Dr Bernstein has absolutely given me some relief for now, and I am so thankful.

The reception staff were wonderful as well as the nurses and radiology tech. I was super impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Bernstein.

Every person I encountered were awesome. Front desk staff are very friendly. My nurse and X-ray technician were very helpful and courteous. Dr. Bernstein was very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Office staff was wonderful!!!!

I didn't have to wait very long to be called into the back. Visit was very quick but through. Follow up appointment was close. I was called very quickly to get set up with an MRI before my follow up; to discuss the next step in getting down to my medical issue.

The wait time in the office was pleasantly short. I was very impressed by the explanation of treatment options. I was also impressed that I could schedule my surgery with the doctor and could sign to schedule my future surgery at the same time. It was very nice being offered and given a bottle of water too!

They were VERY efficient.

Dr Bernstein is very knowledgeable in his area. I like his straightforwardness.

The front desk staff was exceptional. They were all smiling, informative about being behind schedule, and even offered water and snacks to waiting patients. Every patient that approached the check in desk was treated with courtesy and informed about being behind schedule. One of the check in staff took at least 5-10 minutes of her time helping an elderly gentleman get online access, without making other patients wait. No patients were upset about waiting because of the way the staff handled everything.

Dr. Bernstein was clear with his explanation of my medical needs so I could understand. He was thorough and I felt like he listened to my medical concerns and took time to address them! Very professional!!!

Comparing this to another provider I had visited some months ago for the same issue, I feel like my visit here was more thorough and things were better explained.

The staff was excellent and I was seen on time.

The entire staff were courteous and pleasant to talk with. I’ll be scheduling my corrective surgery later on this year.

Derek is great. He always answers questions and keeps me informed. This time I did not make a follow up appointment because I have been having less pain. It will be up to me to call him when I need another injection.

Absolute professionalism

This emergency orthopedic clinic is a life saving for me and my mom. She falls a lot breaking hips, wrists x 2, ribs. Vertebrae and I just love the folks there!!!

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable which was very comforting.

Dr. Bernstein was well prepared even though this was our first time meeting. He had preexam x-rays already completed and was prepared to discuss a treatment plan. I was very impressed.

The xray tech was very informative and had a great attitude even though it was a late Friday afternoon visit. I appreciated that although surgery may be in my future Dr. Bernstein did not push this idea buy explained my current options.

Dr Bernstein was very professional and thorough, provided all necessary information and all the support staff was great too.

This was a great visit for me. There was no a lot of time wasted, in and out for my first visit in less than 15 mins. He gave me some options and told me about the injection, and then it was over. I appreciated the preparedness by the provider.

The staff is always on time and efficient.

Not sure if this doctor was rushed, having a bad day, not a good communicator? He gave me a very general diagnosis about my hand. Didn’t offer any suggestions about how to follow up with ideas to maintain function. I learned more from Google after I got home. ?. Nothing in the after care summary. If I need more care, I will find another doctor. On the other hand, the staff was great!

Dr Bernstein was very attentive and quickly diagnosed my thumb joint issue. I feel confident with his plan of action going forward. Glad I went to him.

I was told someone was going to make an appointment for me at Kimmel Park to have tests on my arm. I have not heard from anyone regarding this.

Really rude doctor, the information he wrote in the chart was different from the information that he gave me, when I came back to ask question he was not in a good mood and made me feel stupid for asking questions. Never felt this frustrated in my life never thought that the medical service from a doctor with so much experience would be this bad, also the nurse touched the bandages before washing hands and she used them in the injury still.

would like to know more about nerve blocking.....is it painful to get it blocked, how will it effect nerve performance in the future, how many problems have developed from this procedure.... Staff was personable and kind, helpful! Received copious info from doctor which i didn't understand...so much so that it got me of tract a bit. Didnt think of things to ask till i got home
