Dr. Long is a professional young man whom I trust explicitly with my health care

Dr Long and the staff took great care of me and were helpful. I like that Dr Long explains the 'why' behind health and how everything fits together, but in a way that I can understand.

Everything went smoothly and I got advice from my doctor that I needed.

My appointment was at 8:40 and was put in a room. Did not see the Doctor till 10.

Dr. Long was very friendly, He was very knowledgeable in talking to me about my condition, and the health problems that I have been dealing with. The NH Facility in King is more convenient to where I live and less traffic.

The provider is always running late. I realize there are times being late can’t be helped. This appointment he was running an hour behind.

Dr. Long was really good with my son an he did listen to everything I was saying. Which meant a lot to me . His actual main provider which is Dr.Jewel he don’t actually take the time to listen to me an my concerns when it comes to my son Alex. A with Dr.Long he listened to everything a treated my son well an listened to every detail I said an answered all my questions an he was very respectful for once I finally felt like somone was listening to me. An I not saying nothing bad about my sons main provider . It is just he don’t listen to me bc I am a young mom an he has made it clear that some times being a parent you can get to worried about little things you can’t help. Especially if it is something viral or anything to that nature. Which I completely understand. Just from that visit with Dr long I think I will switch my son to see him. I feel like he has the best interest when it comes to my son. An it was my second time seeing him. An even from the first visit he helped my son dramatically bc his main doctor wasn’t hearing me out at all about my sons stomach an Dr. Long did. So yes I am very pleased with Dr.Long. He is a wonderful doctor an so his my sons main provider. But he ain’t the right provider for my son an I see that now. I love novant health an I will continue to be with novant. I myself as his mother has a provider who is through novant health as well.

Coming in to see Doctor Long is always a pleasant experience regardless of the time of day. Great listener and willingness to give the best honest advise. I definitely do not feel like I'm being rushed, just another number. I enjoy coming in so much that I am willing to travel 45 minutes and refuse to transfer to a local heath care provider.
