Dr. Long saw me about 1.5 hours later than my appointment time but it wasn?t his fault. I fell Novant scheduled too many appointments for him that day. I think the staff should have kept me advised about how much longer I was going to have to wait. Instead I was put in an appointment room and left there alone after my blood pressure was taken. I waited for about 45 minutes there wondering what was going on. Novant needs to address this as an ort, as this kind of waiting happens frequently to me and my wife as well. Dr. Long was excellent however.

Dr. Long is an excellent GP. Very helpful. Stays up to date. Willing to discuss pros and cons of various treatments. Works really hard to ensure that patients have a great quality of life. Very approachable and down to earth.

Doc long is always respectful and concerned about how you are doing and is ready to listen and solve any problem you might have. Outstanding doctor.

Dr Long is great…listens and offers suggestions for my care. His nurse Danielle is not the friendliest person I’ve ever met but she is adequate to care for routine visits. She makes me uncomfortable because she is aloof and not very personable and has zero bedside manner.

I was really glad to hear that my A1C reading were down from 7.9 last visit to 6.5 this time!!!!! Everyone at the facility are always very respectful and caring to me.
