From the beginning of medical school, I knew I wanted to perform procedures, including surgery. While not every patient will be a candidate for surgery - and not every condition warrants it - I enjoy being able to offer my patients procedural and surgical options.

Dr. Howden is the best doctor I have ever been to. She made me completely comfortable and explained everything as it was happening. Her bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced in my 63 years. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She genuinely cares about you as the patient. I feel comfortable and confident to have surgery with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. The nurse that worked with her during my procedure was also exceptional. Made me feel so comfortable.
