Dr Matthew was great. Felt at ease and as thought I knew him for years. Too many doctors make you feel stupid for being there. Not so with Dr Matthew

The doctor was excellent ! He explained my husband’s illness thoroughly. I have never thought of bacon or fatty foods affecting blood flow to the brain due to high cholesterol, which causes strokes. Dr Matthew Arroyo was patient , kind, knowledgeable and available !!! Thanks to Novant Health.

My mother’s visit with Dr Arroyo went very well! He is an excellent listener and addressed all concerns about my mother’s care. He demonstrated great empathy and offered suggestions about how to keep my mother engaged and active despite her dementia. I have already suggested Novant Memory Care to a friend because of my confidence in the exceptional degree of professionalism and service provided during the visit.

He was very kind & patient! I wish I had met him a year or 2 ago. I left feeling like I had HOPE for the first time in over a year! I think he is extremely knowledgeable in the treatment I need!
