I was very happy with the provider’s response to my questions.

I needed to be seen quickly but I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor for 2 weeks. I asked if they have a PA or NP that I could see. They said yes and scheduled me the next day with Carlina, NP. It is great that she is available and she was excellent. Very positive to have her.

Great experience with new provider. There was almost a 45 delay from my scheduled appointment. I was informed about but would have liked to have waiter less time.

I have now seen all of the providers at Randolph OB/GYN. I know she is a nurse practitioner but she is by far my favorite provider I have seen there. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone. Very thorough and made sure to explain everything and also asked several times if I had any questions. I made sure to book my next appointment with her.
