As an athlete growing up, I have always been passionate about exercise and its impact on health. I am a huge advocate for patients to live an active lifestyle to treat and prevent chronic illnesses. During my medical training, I provided care for athletes of all ages, from local high schools, colleges, major league baseball programs and weekend warriors. I strive to meet all patients where they are, and work with them to come up with a tangible treatment plan to help them achieve their goals.
