She treats me with respect, is proactive about managing my health, takes a beat to consider my options - knowing who I am as a patient, she's informative about ways to work with my insurance, and I trust her guidance and care. I would be incredibly disappointed if she were to leave.

Natalie didn't listen very well and was too eager to RX medication. I didn't feel like she valued my input at all. I spent 24 years with Pfizer as a District Business Manager. I have called on every specialty and worked with Attending Physicians, Residents, and Executives within Hospital Administration. I was very disappointed in the clinical knowledge demonstrated and the bedside manner executed. I have had nothing but excellent service delivered during my time with Novant. I think Novant is an excellent organization. I will be setting a new appointment with an Internist within the Novant Network.
