Dr. Dhungana listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Very happy with the care I got.

Dr. Dhungana was very personable and I felt he really listened to my concern.

I felt very comfortable talking with the nurse and the doctor. They both listened attentively to all that I had to say. My questions were answered and I was very satisfied.

Dr. Dhungana went out of his way to telephone my daughter because she was unable to be with me in the office. He told her what he found about me, which gave her comfort and confidence.

There is NEVER a time that I do not get treated with respect, kindness and a smile. I love my Novant health providers!!

What impressed me the most was his ability to deeply understand my history and unique concerns and then recommend treatments tailored precisely to my needs, rather than relying on generic diagnoses. It's evident that he's committed to providing personalized care, and I really appreciated that.

The doctor visit was good and friendly people. The doctor answered all my questions. Very good visit. Nice group of doctors and nurses.

I had one primary question. My daughter and I asked it 4-5 times. The Dr stood with a mask and faced and talked quietly to a screen. After the last try, he said he had other patients to see and left. This process is ( I guess) intended to make patients think Novant cares. Unfortunately, many of your employees could care less.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The Doctor is personable, knowledgeable, and caring.

Having met the cardiologist for the first time, he was able to answer questions about my heart health concerns. He also prescribed additional new medication that would help with my problem. I would recommend him to family and friends.

This is a great office. I have only been there twice but being a retired nurse I feel that excellent care was provided. Thank you
