JennA Shemwell, ACNP, was excellent. Her upbeat, positive, friendly and outgoing personality immediately eased our comfort zone. She spoke in a loud voice as I am very hard of hearing. She had great eye contact, and was a very active listener. She explained the lab reports and other related health issues in terms that we could understand. She displayed a large amount of patience as she allowed us to ask many questions about treatments, side effects, and the disease in general and how it relates to other health issues. She showed genuine concern and compassion and did not appear to be in a hurry. She was very encouraging. She showed an interest in our life beyond the walls of the clinic. She showed respect for us as senior patients. A very positive experience.
