Both the student and Dr. Spires were caring, good listeners, and willing to help work though my questions and problems. They talked through some of the potential things that could be going wrong in my body, and helped me make a plan to investigate and treat my issues. I appreciate their care, time, and expertise! I felt like a patient, not a number, and not a time-slot on their calendar.

I'm a charge nurse. We had Dr. Spires for our first confirmation ultrasound and appointment. Dr. Spires truly listened to my concerns and fully explained everything that was happening in my body during my first trimester. He ran extra labs on me just to calm any anxieties I had. He also gave me timelines on certain labs and he looked through all my outside labs and test. He was great! I highly recommend him to first time moms.
