Novant took great care of me!

I was frustrated at the amount of time I had to wait to be seen by the provider. The appointment started approximately 40 minutes late. She was apologetic, and although I do appreciate her apologizing for her delay, I had to use my earned paid time off (PTO) for every minute I was absent from my job. I assume that every patient who followed my appointment time was also inconvenienced.

I have already given information about this facility to friends.

Dr Nillica’s NP spent close to an hour explaining my MRI and X-rays. They were able to quickly resolve the issue. They were even able to get me on the surgical schedule for 12/24. Very pleased with the staff.

Kristin is extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She listens and answers every question honestly. She is an asset to this office!

She was very attentive. She explained the X-ray findings in simple terms for my significant other and I to understand. Any questions he had he was returned with a warm simple and answers for his concerns.

Everyone very friendly. Kristen Daniel was very nice and I formative.

All personnel were kind and helpful. They helped me find the right area to check in and I didn’t wait long at all.. the provider did a full check of me and provided medication until we could get imaging done to see what is going on..

The staff was very friendly even offering us drinks.

I enjoyed talking with Kristin. She made me feel comfortable and listened to me. She answered all my questions, gave me tips, options, and showed me my MRI & went over it with me. We discussed my next appointment for an injection the next day. She had good bedside manners, & seemed knowledgeable.

I didn’t see neurosurgeon until post op appointment. I would like for him to speak to family and me when alert. I understand he’s very busy doing surgery but I really just needed to know if all was as expected and that he was able to repair as we had discussed prior to or.

I am so appreciative to have Doctors/ FNP who care about you, your health. I will recommend Novant Brain and Spine to anyone needing this type of care! You all are just awesome!

Dr. Daniels was super! She listened to me and asked questions and answered all my questions as well. She is super on it, about helping with my pain, and explained every detail of the spinal cord stimulator. I just know I'm in good hands.

K. Daniel was excellent in both expertise and explanation of my condition. Most thorough demonstration with plastic spine and vertebrae model that I?ve ever seen! I?m now fully confident in recommended surgery!
