Caring provider, listed to my concern and answered them with confidence

Brian Hummel was the best Doctor I have seen in years. After not feeling listened to by 2 other doctors I finally tried Dr. Hummel and he listened attentively to my concerns and asked me if I was okay with every treatment plan and or test. I was so impressed and so relieved to finally feel like I was being heard. I’ve truly been disappointed the last few years with the physicians I have seen, so I definitely lost a lot of faith in them but he exceeded my expectations and I feel so much better that I got the testing I felt I needed.

PA-C Hummel is a very caring and attentive primary care physician. His responses to my questions were thoughtfully answered. He was obviously prepared for our meeting by the questions he posed and the suggestions he made. I have found such personal care unusual in my recent experiences with medical professionals.

I love Dr.Hummel as my new doctor! The whole staff from check-in to check out was pleasant and treated me with the utmost respect.

My Pcp was great and I did not feel rushed. I also gave a blood sample and the technician/nurse was amazing. I barely felt it.

Dr Hummell is one of the best doctors I have ever had in my lifetime to date. He is personable, professional, thorough and kind. But the most important thing about him is not something you can describe. He exudes kindness and empathy. He truly cares about me and in fully present when he is treating me. That is not something you can teach a medical student. He is just meant to be a care giver.

Doctor was very detailed in collecting my information and Symptoms. Recommended medication that wasn't too strong and had great referrals.

Brian is great! His assistant is too! Always a pleasant experience!

What I liked - Overall, Brian did a great job - I also liked that he was able to get me an appointment for my ultrasound within the time frame I needed. - Results came out fast and were easy to understand for the blood work, the ultrasound, overall evaluation & all Brian's comments - The team at the ultrasound place was very efficient, professional & friendly What I did not like - that I had to wait for a long time in the exam room (after I had been attended to but before getting my blood work done) without being told how much longer I had to wait until I eventually walked out of the room to find someone - it felt like I had been forgotten - picking up my prescription (it was initially not ready for pickup on Monday evening/3 days after prescription was sent to pharmacy. I was told to come back the following day after midday. After driving home and feeling pain I decided to call to see if I could pick up from a different pharmacy that closed late. There was an option on the automated call, to select expedite my pickup & so I selected that & after selecting expedite I was able drive back and pick up my prescription from the original pharmacy within 15minutes (so it eventually worked out using expedited option)
