I have been a patient of Dr Halaby's since 2021. He is very knowledgeable, and takes my concerns into consideration. You don't always get that experience when it comes to medical professionals. Him and his staff are very responsive and always show care and concern whether it's a refill request or an illness.

Dr. Halaby is very knowledgeable about all parts of the body. I have had so many medical problems this year - cardiology, vascular, skeletal (neck & spine), urology and he has helped me through my surgeries with referrals, and getting the proper MRIs, tests and medications. Dr Halaby went out of his way to take on my Aunt as a new patient when he was not taking new patients, and then his staff did a wonderful job of helping me to acquire her other medical records and get all of her information entered, updated and prepared in advance of her New Patient Consult which went very smoothly. I was referred to neurology and the group could not take my referral because they weren’t there that day and the specific referral was out on maternity leave. I was left figuring out who might be covering and when at Brunswick site. No specific person to call or number was left. Very shoddy business service. Medical service not bad but delays all over which is disappointing

The intake and exit of the visit needs significant changes. Only one person to do intake and exit. It took longer than the doctor visit. People were quite angry. Something needs to change. Not sure if it’s the person at the desk or the computer system but checking in and checking out is miserable.

This was my 1st time here and The receptionist, all the nurses and I mean all of them were top notch! I was made to feel at home and they are an amazing staff! Dr. Halaby was amazing as well! I fell blessed to have been welcomed the way I did!

My visits with Dr. Halaby are great and informative. I find the communication with the office staff poor and getting some prescriptions refilled in a timely manner a nightmare. This often causes me to go without pain medication, which is unacceptable. No one seems to be able to correct this issue or give a reasonable explanation as to what the issues are.
