Dr. Hurst is a wonderful provider. She guided me thru my road from fx. Surgery to recovery. I am as good as I was before!

The nurses, doctors, and staff at Novant Health Ballantyne Medical Center, and Novant Health Orthopedic Hospital were fantastic. They are extremely patient, caring, and deserve much respect.

Dr.Hurst was very attentive she listened. When I described what was going on she knew exactly what it was, she explained my X-ray which I appreciate I would definitely recommend her.

Everyone, plus the environment was pleasant.

The PA and Dr Hurst were incredible I been suffering with neuropathy affliction for more than 30 yrs. They had come up with a plan to at least alleviate some of the pain !

All is wonderful apart from location within building for the orthopedic dept

Beautiful facility! Dr. Hurst answered all of my questions and made suggestions regarding my continued progress in walking .more normally. I appreciate the time she spent discussing all of my concerns.

All the staff was very helpful. The doctor was very attentive and informative. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely come back in the future.

The whole office was fabulous. Receptionist was efficient and friendly. The nurse and xray technician were attentive and efficient. Dr. Hurst was kind and thorough in the information she provided.

Excellent Service

Everyone was great except I disliked my interaction with the doctor. I felt like she was annoyed from the second she walked in. I waited longer for the appointment then I did to see the doctor. I understand there wasn’t much she could do but as someone who works in healthcare, she could have had a different tone and attitude
