I had virtually no waiting time. Everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly.

I appreciate the doctor and staff members getting into sending off the referrals asap. The clinical staff were quick to get paper work that had been requested by one of the referrals faxed over on the day requested even though they were short staffed @ the office. Very impressed with staff @ Union Cross location.

I love this place and all the staff. They have always been very pleasant. I do seem to see a change in staff often, but still very please and they make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

In previous medical visits at other establishments I won’t name I have felt merely like a number and that it wasn’t known who I was. Marissa always remembers who I am, what we talked about last, and personal details about me that I’ve shared that really allow me to see that she cared about me as a person first and foremost . This is important when you are seeking care from someone who you have to trust with their opinion as I don’t know all of the answers. I am thankful for Marissa and her team. She is the reason why I will continue to do business here. Where she goes I will go.

Great provider and always pleasant

This office is simply phenomenal! It's so tough to find an office with this type of care these days. The ladies at the front desk are more than kind and also made me laugh! The CMA was so kind and calm as well. There isn't enough awesome words to describe Marissa Hite. Her care, compassion and empathy are far beyond what I've experienced in healthcare. She speaks to me as a person and is so relatable to what I go through. I'm so thankful to have found a office staff that goes above and beyond and a PCP that is so wonderful. I literally tell everyone about union cross family medicine!!!
