The provider listen , that's what l like about her and she didn't treat as though l was dum or couldn't figure me out. She sat there and paid attention to me. And treat me like l was speaking a foreign person . Just now coming to the States she made feel comfortable while talking to her. She met my needs

I had virtually no waiting time. Everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly.

I appreciate the doctor and staff members getting into sending off the referrals asap. The clinical staff were quick to get paper work that had been requested by one of the referrals faxed over on the day requested even though they were short staffed @ the office. Very impressed with staff @ Union Cross location.

I love this place and all the staff. They have always been very pleasant. I do seem to see a change in staff often, but still very please and they make you feel comfortable and welcomed.
