I feel Dr Macdonald is just the best doctor for me.

I felt like I was, instead of at my annual doctor's visit where I can voice my concerns, at the routine annual doctor's visit where she told me what she had to say to get paid from my insurance. Nonetheless, what she said made sense, but she did not hear all I wanted to convey to her. At least that was my perception.

I continue to not like wait times to see doctor. They put you in an examing room, and you wait longer than the 15 minute waiting window.

Dr. Gigi McDonald is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She listens to my concerns and makes thoughtful decisions. She does not rush me out in 2 minutes like many offices do now. She is also very responsive and took time to call in a prescription for me after-hours on a Friday, so I didn't have to wait until Monday to start my medicine. We need more doctors like her. She is appreciated!

The radiology dept staff was rude and appeared disconnected. I signed in and took a seat. After a long delay I went to the front and asked how long it would Be. I was informed that the tech just got back from lunch and I was 2nd in the process. I would not have sat and waited over 30 min had I known she was unavailable and at lunch. The radiology department could have cared less about my personal time or needs .

They're just a terrific team!

I did have to wait 30 minutes after being put in a room, but Dr Macdonald is worth it. She answered difficult questions & was intelligent & focused.

I have seen perhaps 20 Physicians in the past 10 months in relation to my son and felt so discouraged by the lack of connection and understanding in what to do for his care. Meeting with Dr. MacDonald was such a refreshing change, she was engaged, informed, providing answers to complex questions that were relavent to the bigger picture of my care and well being.

I drive across the county to see Dr. Gigi even though there are many qualified doctors much closer to home. Love her warmth and attention. Her nurse Teresa is also great!

Your staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is with your telephone system. When I call your office, I do not appreciate being asked if I want to continue in English. This country uses English as our language of choice and one should not be asked if that is the language they want to use. This should be the default language. I have no problem if you ask if I prefer a different language rather than English.

This was an establishment visit, my first time seeing this Dr. I was waiting for the Dr. in the room for 40 minutes and she didn't even apologize for the delay. Then the visit was rushed and I did not have the time to explain all my health concerns properly. I hope it gets better or I will switch to another provider.

The check in person at Dr MacDonald's reception desk addressed her contents to her coworker at the desk instead of me after I told her she probably needed my new Medicaid card. I felt dismissed. The lab receptionist was less than cordial. Dr MacDonald, her nurse, and the phlebotomist were great.

I was pleased that I didn't have to wait in the waiting room as I have in the past. I didn't feel rushed in my appointment. In the past I have felt that it was "get 'em thru as quickly as possible ".
