Dr Malecki is fantastic. Listens, explains, and provides good suggestions/treatment for any issues I might be experiencing. He is also quite thorough.

Dr. Malecki and his nurse Ramona are an EXCELLENT team. Both are always on top of their game and provide excellent and compassionate care. The receptionists when answering the phone, while always polite, I don't feel go out of their way to really help. For instance, when asking to get a sooner appointment, they'll just say they can only see what I see for appointment times on MyChart instead of offering any creative alternative like speaking with the doctor or even offering a cancelation list. Additionally, when I have asked to leave a voice mail for Ramona, the front office staff says I can only let them leave a written call back request. (???) *Amazing* care from Dr. Malecki and Ramona. Administrative staff, while polite, could be more invested/engaged.
