I appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Sara was very helpful during the initial telephone conversation and Windy was great when the appointment had to be rescheduled. Crystal was also very helpful and compassionate during my appointment. Finally, Dr Bird took great care in understanding my issue and in treating me. The whole experience was very good.

Dr Colin Bird is a “medical giant” in my opinion. He makes you feel like you are his only patient! He is a warm sensitive very caring doctor!

Although Dr. Bird was running late due to an urgent patient, he was very apologetic and respectful of my time. My appointment was thorough and I never felt that I was being rushed. Excellent care and great supporting staff.

Dr. Bird was phenomenal, as was his staff. I was in horrible pain and they were so kind and supportive. They listened well, asked good questions and got me the care I needed the same day. It is rare to find medical professionals who are of this caliber. If I need any more care of this sort in the future I will definitely return. I’ve already recommended Dr. Bird to family and friends, to keep in mind just in case.

Efficient, competent, personable

Dr. Bird and his P.A., Crystal, were great. My questions were answered and Dr. Bird suggested several options for my treatment. We agreed as to which one to follow for now. Windy at the front desk was very friendly, efficient, and helpful, too.
