I called Dr Lee's office first thing Tuesday morning to get help for what seemed to be a very bad cold. Caroline returned my call in no time and set up a call with Dr Lee. He listened to my issues and from my symptoms called for a Covid test that day and explained that if positive he would have Paxlovid at my CVS location. The test and results were completed by early afternoon and on the medication by evening.I would call that the best care possible !!

Dr. Lee is the kind of primary physician most people hope for - - - and not all are blessed with. I'm one of the blessed ones. This gentle man is truly wonderful. He listens, he checks all my lab work, vitals and meds, then tells me what he sees and thinks. He always asks me before he speaks his findings how I'm feeling and if I have any problems I wish to discuss with him. He is incredibly encouraging! How many doctors do you know who are like this? Whatever suggestions he may make are entered in my medical records, and both he and I can refer to them as they are forwarded to me that day. For me this is medicine at its finest. Upon checkout, l was met with a support staff member that treated me in a rude and unfriendly manner. I was having a difficult time recalling the exact medical center that performed my coloscopy (years ago) and she became annoyed. She was short with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. On my behalf, she called one medical practice and said I had cancelled on them three times. All this was puzzling to me, yet she made me feel like I was a horrible patient. Extremely unsettling and unprofessional!
