I showed up for urgent care but was told that it was unexpectedly closed for the day. The staff then worked to fit me in with a regular doctor. Had a very pleasant experience with both the nurse and the doctor.

The doctor recommended a pneumonia shot, and after waiting 15 minutes, the nurse came back in to clean the room at which time I told her I was waiting for the shot. Five minutes later, she came back in to give me the shot. The doctor usually requests a mammogram for me, which was not done. I wrote a note in My Chart asking for the referral, which I did get. But only because I had called radiology, and not because my chart notified me. once the blood work is done, unless those numbers have changed dramatically, or if I have new issues, I wonder if an in-person visit is warranted. Of course it's always good to see your primary face-to-face at least once a year.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable during my visit.

The staff has changed and most are in the learning curve at my expense. Trying to learn who they are and to have better communications. The former nurse knew us and we had a good working relationship. We are not there yet. With all due respect I don't think Novant has our best interest like new Hanover did. You are like a business, higher, fire and higher less qualified to save a few $$$. Cut the CEO's $$ and get the money to cover the care that is needed.

At any time I need the nurses or Dr. Adams they were there for me. Even with emergencies

Dr Adams was excellent. He listened to me, asked pertinent questions, had X-rays taken and then he provided and explained his diagnosis. He was very confident, and professional in his manner, but sensitive to my concerns and medical problem. He gave me two medications to take for five days and explained why and how they work. After three days my problem has been eliminated and I feel back to normal. What more could I ask from a Doctor?
