All staff very friendly and respectful. Office atmosphere soothing, quiet. Dr. Berger had reviewed my history so was prepared for the appt. He listened, answered my concerns.

Every question or concern I had received a clear, thorough explanation. Side by side with every other doctor’s appt I’ve had over seven decades, I’d say this one rates #1 because of the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere of the office and the staff and their professionalism and knowledge. This medical team is A-1.

Excellent experience all around! This is the first time that I visit Salem surgical in Clemmons, and from the scheduling to the check in with their receptionist office manager everything was excellent. Dr. Berger and his medical team could not have treated me with more respect, especially for an uncomfortable situation. They listen to all my concerns and questions, and then gave me so much information. I have a follow up appointment, but was told if anything came up just to reach out. Truly an excellent experience from beginning to end.

Because of prior knowledge of this practitioner by him caring for a family member I also chose Dr Berger to provide this minor surgery. He takes time to care for his patients without them feeling rushed or neglected.
