My visit experience was mostly positive. The only negative was that the doctor entered the exam accompanied by an unknown person who was not introduced to me. I assume that she was a trainee but the doctor did not say. She even participated in the examination. I found this very strange.

Dr. Berger was awesome in explaining each step.

Their waiting room is the best that I have ever been in (atmosphere, lighting, music, etc). Other medical offices should be more like it.

All the staff without a doubt are the most professional and amazing Customer Service. They made me feel so comfortable explaining all I need to know about the upcoming procedure. I was nervous, very nervous knowing that I will need surgery. The moment I started to talk about that with doctor Berger I was extremely at peace and very happy that doctor Berger is going to be the surgeon. AMAZING DOCTOR, AND FANTASTIC STAFF.
