This is my 2nd visit to this facility for a running relating injury. Both times the staff and doctor and x-ray technician were friendly, and I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind. I didn't feel rushed or just a "number" to be seen and moved out for the next patient. They are, in my opinion, the best location for genuine care.

Before I left, I complemented the staff about the level of care I received. I was so impressed by the timeliness, the compassion, the knowledgeability, and the friendliness shown by everybody from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.

Helpful, professional, efficient, kind!

I couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks at my orthopedic office. Decided to try the walk-in facility at Novant Robinhood Orthopedics. I had no appointment and was very quickly. The whole staff was amazing and after x-rays I was treated and had a diagnosis. Great staff from the front door thru check out. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with Orthopedic issues.

I went into the walk in clinic. I was able to check in and was brought right back by the tech. He talked to me and the doctor came right in. I had great service!

Nothing more that I can add to an already great care. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and for a walk in all moved along quickly and smoothly. I thought I would have a very long wait. Wish these people could be my primary care go to.

If I could give a rating higher than "10", I would do so. My experience was great...I did not have to wait a long time and once I was called to the treatment area, everything was thoroughly explained...I was completely at ease.

Although I was a walk in, I was promptly taken back, evaluated and very satisfied.

The walk in clinic was amazing from the front office staff to the PA’s treatment. Was in and out within 45 minutes which included X-rays.

I love the whole group there on Robin Hood rd. Drs. Schweppe, Bernstein, Sandbolt, the Staff & all the nurses & everybody there, etc...Also Ray & Trevor!??

Everyone, from the moment we walked in the door until we walked back out, was truly amazing. They were kind, empathetic, and made an extremely nerve racking situation a little easier.

The P.A I met with felt like it was rushed. Was not interested in me demonstrating the issues I was having. Felt like I was more of a distraction from her day/schedule. Will not go back to see this individual again.

Great team/ staff all the way around, from the minute we walked in we were treated wonderfully! Will recommend to family, friends and anyone else who may need assistance.

Excellent staff and quick efficient service b

Did not get a timely follow-up for aftercare. Pain control was very inadequate. Physician follow-up is over 6 weeks. Did not get a physical therapy referral even though that has been successful at pain control for past orthopaedic issues.

Great and people friendly atmosphere

I was impressed to find how personable my care was! I was concerned if the injury to my finger was getting infected. The caregiver, nurse and radiology tech were so good that any fears I had quickly left and the stress of being there went away. Now, that is top-notch care. While many complain these days about healthcare going down the tubes, and becoming robotic, this facility is practicing good patient-centered medicine like the old days!! Way to go!!
