Great staff and great doctor. I feel very comfortable with the care that I was given.And that will be done this tuesday as well in an operation. Doctor Bernstein is very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. The entire staff was awesome, very thankful to have you in my corner!

Wonderful care.

Everyone, from the moment we walked in the door until we walked back out, was truly amazing. They were kind, empathetic, and made an extremely nerve racking situation a little easier.

The P.A I met with felt like it was rushed. Was not interested in me demonstrating the issues I was having. Felt like I was more of a distraction from her day/schedule. Will not go back to see this individual again.

Great team/ staff all the way around, from the minute we walked in we were treated wonderfully! Will recommend to family, friends and anyone else who may need assistance.

Did not get a timely follow-up for aftercare. Pain control was very inadequate. Physician follow-up is over 6 weeks. Did not get a physical therapy referral even though that has been successful at pain control for past orthopaedic issues.

Great and people friendly atmosphere

I was impressed to find how personable my care was! I was concerned if the injury to my finger was getting infected. The caregiver, nurse and radiology tech were so good that any fears I had quickly left and the stress of being there went away. Now, that is top-notch care. While many complain these days about healthcare going down the tubes, and becoming robotic, this facility is practicing good patient-centered medicine like the old days!! Way to go!!

Our urgent care visit was seamless. Our provider was kind when my child was upset. The provider called promptly the next morning with x-ray results.

The staff worked great together. It was a very busy morning when I came in without an appt. I had hurt my knee and it was swollen. It was a Monday morning, I called before I came in to see if I could get an appt. There was no appts available for that day and was told by the phone staff that I could come to the walk-in. I got there at 10am and got checked in for appt given at 10:30. Catherine Voegler was the provider I saw, and she was very knowledgeable about my knee issue. She had to draw off fluid from my knee and it helped so much with the pain. I came in walking with crutches and left walking on my own. I have follow up with MD in a week to make sure it is healing. Thanks to a great staff working together to make my visit one of tte best. I will definitely remember how easy of a process the walk in was when I needed it the most.

I was visiting from out-of town for a pre-op appt for my husband and needed attention for a knee issue (osteoarthritis). Care was respectful, timely and helpful. While I know ultimately I will have to do more, I am more comfortable now and can do stairs with less pain.

I truly have not been to such a friendly attentive and professional healthcare facility before. Each and everyone I encountered dealt with clarity and compassion. I felt that I mattered. PA followed up next day to review CT results and gave a detailed explanation, making sure I had a clear understanding of results and next steps in treatment plan. I am Most impressed

Excellent communication with Doctor. Very pleased with results. Highly recommend Ms. Vogler. Painless procedure and no pain whatsoever. Every step throughly explained. Can’t say enough for attention I received.

There were some concerning findings on the final X-ray reading which I received the day after our visit. We received the results but no further follow up. I am a physician and understood that the X-ray reading required some further evaluation and so contacted our pediatrician and another specialist on my own. That said, a parent who was not a medical professional and read the report would likely need some further guidance and advice.

I was referred to Robinhood Orthopedics after being examined at Novant Urgent Care on Miller Street. From the check-in staff, through tests and discussions with various members of the treatment team, to check-out and scheduling next appointment, I felt valued, secure, and that I was in the best care. Excellent communications and service. Impressive!
