Rand Pennington provided the most caring and thorough testing of any provider I have seen in the Novant New Hanover Primary Care group. Rand was genuinely concerned about me and wanted to do everything he could to find the cause and to help eliminate my physical issue. He ordered all the test he felt that was needed to diagnose my problem. Also, he took pictures of my foot and sent them to my rheumatologist to determine any additional blood tests that were needed since I have lupus. LPN was friendly, compassionate, and provided excellent care and follow up after my office visit. She called me several times to keep me updated as to my medications and procedures I needed to follow. She and Rand are a great medical team. Both are dedicated to their professions and have great bed side manners. I am blessed to have been under their care and look forward to requesting them when I have medical issues.

Rand Pennington was terrific! Great communicator and cared for my problem. Although the day after a major holiday weekend is hectic, he was very meticulous in the way he cared for me. He scheduled a same day test for Covid and called my home later that night when he learned the test was positive! I'm extremely thankful for his diligence and care for my health.
