Superb!!!

Incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment. Took 10-12 calls and being passed around. Schedulers always said the doctors calendar was not open for them to book beyond a few weeks and there were no immediate appointments available

Dr Barber was an excellent choice for me as a cardiologist.

Very professional experience

I am still waiting for a call to schedule a cardiac echo. It has been 5 days since my appointment and no one has called.

Everything is wonderful except getting the appointment. When I called, I was told his schedule for Whiteville appointments wasn't ready, call back in a week. When I called back, they said they were full and I would need to wait or come to Wilmington. This is the second year in a row that this has happened. Dr. Barber even commented that he would be in Whiteville tomorrow, I said I was told no timely appointment was available.

I've seen more than my share of doctors the last few years. Yesterday was my 1st meeting with Dr Barber. He was great. He could tell I was upset and nervous about my diagnosis and took a lot of time explaining my condition and the options. I highly rate Dr Barber and feel that he'll take good care of me.

I waited over an hour to see Dr. Barber. At no point did any one tell me about delays. Dr. Barber makes the wait worthwhile but I would have appreciated even a few words such as, "I'm sorry but we are running behind today." Small things can definitely mean a lot.
