This visit was exceptionally informative. Dr. Weber went over and explained all my lab reports thoroughly. He asked how my family members were doing. He showed and expressed sincere concern about me. Dr Thomas N Weber is a very rare find as a physician. And the staff id always welcoming and smiling. The waiting area is relaxing with plenty of seating spaced out from each other. I also appreciate that.

Dr. Weber does a fantastic job

This was a post-hospitalization appointment, involving a health problem I have never dealt with before, and I left the hospital the day before with a lot of concerns and unanswered questions. I was SO GRATEFUL to be able to talk with Dr. Weber about the plan going forward. I was so afraid I would have to wait a week for follow-up, but I was able to get in the day after my discharge. We travel an hour from home to get to this office because they care for us so well.

This is my family doctor I will not go anywhere else. They do an excellent job of taking care of me and my family!

Dr. Webber was extremely kind and very relaxed when talking with me. He used listening skills as an explained my symptoms. We were able to engage in conversation with laughter. Who was very relaxed with me and not in our hurry. Explained reasoning for symptoms and medication to treat them. Made sure I understood that was just a phone call him for other medical needs. I was impressed that shared a lot about his loving his job.

I received a notice in MyChart while in the exam room that I had a new lab result on lab taken at 2:32 which was not possible since I had no blood pulled while waiting on the MD and was in the room at that time. I alerted the RN who investigated and said it was put in my chart in error. Within minutes A LabCorp tech came in and drew blood to run the test put in my chart in error with no indication from anyone if it was actually needed or if it was LabCorp and Novant covering their… I did receive an apology from Dr. Weber for the error.
