Catherine s personality is a bit stilted. She doesn't engage easily. Initially I had to work at finding a comfort level with her. We do much better now. She doesn't seem to be at ease conversationally

Very good listener. Sometimes that's all you need. Then you could trust them and their recommendations because they've heard what you needed and how you felt about the treatment you receiving.

This was an excellent visit with Ms. Ladd. All of my questions and concerns were thoroughly discussed.
