Provider could not find past records for forms to be sent out. Even thought it was needed for disability And unable to work. Very frustrating since I found all information in My chart . My first encounter was in 2009-10. Also various cardiac events and stents from 2016 and beyond.

Leena Mitchell and her staff are always professional and check to see whatever else I might need and other medical issues or concerns I may have.

I travel almost an hour to see this provider. She moved from a practice that was closer to me and I decided to follow her because I had confidence in her. I always get to go over my whole list of concerns and question with her. We talk about them and she makes any referrals she thinks are warranted.

N/P Mitchell is without any doubt the best medical person who I have seen over the years. She was very attentive to my reason for being there to see her. Never did I feel rushed or like I was just another patient. She made sure I understood what my issue was and how it was going to be treated. I would recommend her to my friends. She was so pleasant and kind and understanding. The staff was very nice and happy.
