Leena actually looked at my record before she came into the room. Not all providers do that. She knew about my health history and asked questions about it. I was astounded, as I said, not many providers do that. Very pleased.

Keens Mitchel continues to be an outstanding provider. She is attentive, polite, takes all my concerns seriously, listens to all my thoughts and creates a plan that is best for my health and my lifestyle

Great doctor Visit

The entire staff here are extremely kind, friendly, and personable. I feel well respected, heard, and valued as a patient. I appreciate their time and help.

I started to call the clinic at 8 am Monday morn a recording was what answered after waiting a half hour I gave the recording my phone Number As they suggested & was told that I would be called Never received a call back So I went to the clinic in person to get an appointment your phone system is horrible!!!!!!!!!

Loved the fact that I could get my blood work done on site. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

My doctor and the nurses, and staff are very friendly. I like the way my doctor follows up with my blood test results. I enjoy coming here for my visits. Also, enjoy the help and referrals I can get from my doctor.

I’ve left several reviews for Novant. For different clinics and different doctors but always the same…outstanding. The best treatment, medical care, and customer service. This specific clinic and medical care staff, nurses doctors and admin, all take good care of me and my whole family. Children go to the pediatrics, our second clinic and both have been wonderful. 10/10 recommend Novant for everything.

Provider could not find past records for forms to be sent out. Even thought it was needed for disability And unable to work. Very frustrating since I found all information in My chart . My first encounter was in 2009-10. Also various cardiac events and stents from 2016 and beyond.

Leena Mitchell and her staff are always professional and check to see whatever else I might need and other medical issues or concerns I may have.
