Jamie Stepp and the staff were very courteous and professional. Jamie listened to me and gave me her full attention. She made me feel so at ease.

The PA this time was very personable. The 2 previous providers that we saw very curt and rude. They spoke about my husband,who has dementia as if he wasn't in the room,although he was very much aware. He was very upset. The new PA was very nice and included him in the conversation. And was attentive to our needs.
