Exceptional first experience with new physician!

Jonathan Brown, the PA-C who examined me was outstanding. I was so impressed with his genuine/relaxed approach to patient care that I asked if HE could be my primary care physician. His responses to my queries and/or concerns were given with attention to detail and with an absence of condescension. I'm far too heavy for my height but you'd never know it to listen to Mr. Brown. Instead of labeling me as "obese" and giving me speech, he spoke of the benefits of a Mediterranean diet while sharing his personal love for cookies. In the end he chose instead to snack on nuts and fruit and eat only a few small cookies. He spoke of the quality of life with reverence for one so young. I recently read in Marcus Aurelius' Meditations: "What doesn't transmit light creates its own darkness." This young man's approach to patient care "transmits light."

Gets to bottom of problems & very professional; takes time to discuss treatment to make sure I understand my instructions.

Care provider was excellent. He listened, and answered any questions I had. He explained the options I had and let me make the decision. He took his time. I never felt rushed and appreciated his explaining thoroughly when I did ask a question. He's a keeper!!!!!

We love Jonathon!! He gives mom all the time she needs. Mom like to talk and he sits and listens. A lot of doctors cut patients off or will do something else like type on the computer and not REALLY pay attention to watch the patient is saying, but he sits and makes eye contact and actually listens. You can tell he CARES. You can tell he loves what he does. You can tell he wants the best for his patients. He is 1 in a million. We are so glad we found him and have him as a doctor because he is amazing!!!!!

The Dr gave me 100% valuable time while he listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease.

Dr Brown is one of the top. 3 doctors I have seen in my entire life. It is evident he has read my Chart BEFORE he comes in and already has a general idea how to treat me. His questions are relevant. I would not see any other cardiologist. If he ever leaves I’d drive up to 2 hours for my yearly exam.
