Surprised. On time quality time spent with me

Nicole Kollman is very knowledgeable and always takes extra time to explain things to me. Afterwardes ,I feel that all my questions have been answered. All the medications she has prescribed are working wonderfully. I know that any time later on Nicole will be available to speak to me and answer any further questions that come up. Nicole Kollman is great and I have a lot of faith in her

First time being seen by the NP for an urgent unscheduled appointment. She had reviewed more previous history thoroughly and conveyed a sureness of finding a diagnosis for my condition. Monitoring heart for 2 weeks Following up with Dr in 1 week

It was stressful being told over and over to call back when trying to get my appointment. Was told the calendar was not available each time. Hope that gets better.

I was satisfied with the appointment. We made a plan to have some additional tests done. So I definitely want to see what becomes of those tests. After that we will see what pans out. Hopefully some of the tests will help her & I to know what & where to go next. So far I'm satisfied with the plan.

making appointments is the most messed up experience of all the other businesses I have ever dealt with. The receptionists are kept in the dark as to what the statuses of the doctors are and have exactly zero knowledge of their plans which results in multiple telephone calls requesting an appointment. This problem is not new and has been an on going problem for years and needs to be addressed and drastically improved.

First visit to the new building. Very nice. I find a bit of humor in placing the Cardio unit on the second floor.

Nicole is 100% amazing/ spot on... She is extremely knowledgeable, explains things in easy to understand ways, considered my individual lifestyle and needs... I can't say enough about how she is positively changing lives! Only suggestion is, if any staff are struggling, have them shadow Nicole :)

Also, she always has me follow up with my problem and is ready to answer any concerns that I have. When I leave the office my fears and concerns are always wiped away. I have the utmost trust in her judgement. She's tops in my estimation.

I found that the new building was colder than usual for the offices and there was considerable construction odors (dust, etc.) that did bother my sinuses! These should be elimminated as the construction is complete.

I thank the Lord for working for me to have this medical team. From the receptionist to the nurses and most definitely the Doctors.

Blood pressure was low, nurse brought me water right away. Nicole was top on medication and made adjustments. Couldn't ask for better treatment. Nicole is the best.
