Excellent service. Very professional. New facility is immaculate.

This was my first time meeting with Karen. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. She explained all the followup labs and tests so I would know what to expect. She assured me that she was always available for questions via My Chart or a phone call to the office. All the staff at this facility, from Dr Spencer, Karen and the office staff treated me with understanding and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Everything went well. All the staff was very friendly & helpful.

I was treated with much knowledge. Treatment was explained to me and that eased my stress.

When I called to make an appointment for his yearly exam, we wish to have the doctor, the calling center said that there was no appointments available for him to call back in a week. I called back 3 to 4 weeks in a row and she said the schedule wasn't open for the following year yet I had to settle for a PA or NP, which I do not mind, but his primary care would like him to see the actual doctor. And the calling center more or less told me that I had to take her or leave it at the doctor was very booked up and even though I kept calling every week his schedule was always filled, and I could not see him. I do not understand this style of system. I would have to go there myself and make the appointment with the doctor myself which is a 35 minute drive. I did end up having a wonderful NP, which we will end up keeping and using from now on anyway, but I did not like the attitude or the information the center gave me it was a big runaround.

Took extra time to explain the various medicines t take and why. Was prepared having studied my past annual physical and blood work.

The front desk helped correct my mistake and arranged with the PA to see me. I was grateful.

Office is very slow getting to prescription request from the pharmacy. Do not like having to see various providers. I feel, as a patient, that I should be allowed to see the same provider because they are familiar with your individual case studies. I even offer to drive to various offices to be allowed to see my preferred doctor but it seems that I am always told there are no appointments with him. You need to work on this and try to accomodate patient request.

check in is NOT very private -everyone can hear your birthdate and other information that only should be shared with the person checking you in.

It was a very good experience, start to finish!

The appointment was originally 2-3 weeks earlier, but I was given incorrect information about the location. I missed it but rescheduled 3 weeks later. Again, the exact location given was not correct, but only a building away and the people on the phone helped get me there on time. Once in the right place all staff were excellent. Karen Manus was very good and went beyond what I normally experience.

My concerns and needs were taken care of by the staff and in and out in about 45 minutes

Everyone is always knowledgeable and very pleasant and eager to guide me. I appreciate it. I wish we could make followup appts. sooner than waiting two months prior because of scheduling the doctors. My next appt. should be in Sept. however I can't call until the end of July to do so. I understand it's hard to plan ahead but it would be nice.

I was informed that they would call when they scheduled my next appointment. They did not schedule me for some tests that were prescribed. I am in limbo.

Karen Manus is an exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, efficient NP. She listened carefully to everything I said and made a concerted effort to find solutions to my health problems and to guide me forward with medication suggestions and further ultrasound testing for a possible venous insufficiency in my leg. I really appreciate all she did for me and hope to see her next visit.

Just the nicest people at this facility

After arriving at the wrong office for my appointment the receptionist sent me to the correct office and even called to let them know I was on my way. Got to the new office and they knew I was coming. There was no delay in my service and the staff and NP were all great.

Medication was explained to me. Exercise and food was discussed in a way no one had before. I feel encouraged about the future. Location of the office was easy to find too.

Karen Manus is an excellent PA. Would Ike to see Dr.Murphy scheduled in Brunswick more though for routine appointments.

I so enjoyed meeting Karen-she was attentive, helpful and delightful. She and Nicole, the other PA in the office are both excellent. Dr Winslow is fortunate to have them.

This was my first time seeing Karen. I felt she listened to me even though I have several issues. She did not rush me which is unusual these days.
