Dr. John Smith, and the other physicians at this practice along with the team members are exceptional when it comes to delivering compassionate care! I would not go anywhere else! I really can’t say that about Novant Health urology at Kimmel! That practice is overwhelmed with patients and the team members at the front desk are overwhelmed as well! Please never close Novant Health Pelvic Center at Highland Oaks as that is my preferred practice to go to!

Dr. Smith is very attentive and patient to my 85-year old mother-in-law’s questions and denial regarding her UTI. He is positive and encourages her despite the fact that she questions his diagnosis. Ha, ha

Both my Mom and I had outpatient surgery at Medical Park Hospital which was done by Dr. John Smith. I trust Dr. John Smith with my care and find him to be an excellent physician who takes the time to explain everything to the patient in language they can understand.
