Ms Spencer was very personable and extremely helpful. She was very understanding and helpful as well as knowledgeable about my the issues I was having. She went out of her way to help me. I would give her a ten out of ten.

Karen was excellent. Listened to everything about how well the injection had worked; gave good, intelligent answers about what was next. Did an excellent job helping me set up my next injection and subsequent appointment so I wouldn't have to wait as long between the two.
