This was my first visit. I was very happy from entering to leaving. Atmosphere was wonderful. The meet and greet at the front desk to checking out...was wonderful. I felt very comfortable from start to finish! The PA Sean was great and listened to me. He also explained an issue from my June labs that the previous practice did not explain or even review with me. I am most assuredly changing to this practice and leaving the other practice!! Thanks to the awesome staff, wonderful atmosphere and making me feel right at home!!

I was VERY sick when I showed up at office without appointment. Receptionist worked to fit me in and PA have me the time and attention I needed. They were very understanding of how bad I was feeling. Referred me to the ER- and I was immediately admitted. Have now been in hospital for 4 days. I’d personnel at Northpoint had not recognized the severity of my illness and talked with me openly about it, I would not have gotten the treatment I needed!! Thank you
