Emily Patterson is amazing! She is an excellent healthcare provider and a lovely person. Wait time was less than expected. Nurses and other staff were great.

Emily and her assistant were both awesome. I am new to Novant as a patient. I have been looking for someone to listen to me hear my concerns and CARE! I have had some issues come about and Emily was on it with good tips and information no one has ever shared before. I look forward to staying her patient. I look forward to seeing good results and to finally get the care I have been looking for all my adult life.

The nurses and doctor were so kind and personable. I do not like getting my blood drawn so I was nervous walking in and uneasy. After a few minutes into the appointment just with the nurse my nerves were calm, and I felt normal. They made me feel so comfortable that giving blood was a breeze. Thank you for your kindness!

Emily Patterson is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She listens to all of my concerns and answers them with knowledge and professionalism and in a very relatable way. We drive from Salisbury to continue to have her as our primary care physician and now out of our five children who are our adults Are patient as well. The fifth one will start with her next year when she is 18. She is a tremendous asset to Novant.

Emily Patterson is Awesome!!! I have moved locations just to have her as my physician…I literally drive 45 min just to see her because she truly cares about her patients. She always tries to find the root causes of ailments instead of just providing a temporary fix. She actually listens and is never judgmental. I have been seeing Emily for years and cannot ever see myself changing healthcare providers as long as she continues to practice. She deserves so much praise for the care she provides for her patients. I feel completely comfortable talking to her about all health concerns or situations that influence my health. I am a victim of emotional abuse by my spouse and his family so it is very hard for me to trust people with issues I’m facing in my life …I have been so thankful for being comfortable enough to share this information with my healthcare provider so that at least one person outside my immediate family is aware and a reliable source of medical advice for dealing with the daily stress that this causes… which in turn directly affects my health and emotional wellbeing! Emily Patterson was my caregiver in Salisbury..when she moved to the Concord location that is 40 minutes from my home..without hesitation..I followed her..I’m definitely NOT a fan of going to a physician..she has a way of putting me at ease..assures me to take tests I’m not comfortable with..she LISTENS to me..a caregiver such is her is hard to come by and I am completely grateful that I have her..her nurse is great..the receptionists are great..the office as a whole is amazing..

Dr. Patterson is my family's 1st for a physician! She always listens to our concerns and does what is best for us! Her bedside manner is perfect!
