Sara Martino is the absolute best. She is always very personable and professional. She listens to my concerns and responds with great care and advice and action plan. With Sara, I’m not just her patient. She truly cares and is very genuine. Although she is my provider( most people don’t enjoy going to the doctor) I look forward to my appointments with Sara. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a life long provider. She has been my saving grace many times. I can’t say enough good things about her and her nursing staff. Her nurses match her quality of care and passion for their patients. Love love love Sara and her entire team.

I love the staff at your Monroe location. I have always been treated with kindness and sensitivity. No question is pushed aside and I don’t feel dumb asking them. For gender fluid and trans individuals, finding medical care can be stressful and even heart wrenching. I do not have to worry about this and for that I am supremely grateful. I also must write a special note of gratitude for Dr. Martinho. She is amazing. She answers all questions, listens attentively, is sensitive to what is needed, never explain something so it goes over my head, and always makes me feel at ease. I feel safe telling her anything about my conditions. I wish I had her as my doctor years ago. She has taken the fear out of medical visits for me. If all doctors were like her, there would be no fear of office visits. The truth is I would pass 1000 other offices to go to her and that is the truth. You all are great. Thank you for always being awesome. I’m very thankful I chose Novant and have the opportunity to have Dr. Martinho as my PCP.
