My provider,Heather Thornburg, helped me understand a benefit my insurance provides as opposed to the misunderstanding I had regarding that benefit. She had to explain it to me at two or three times but was totally patient, respectful and maintained my dignity until I understood. I greatly appreciate the manner in which she helped me understand and that she made sure I did understand how that particular benefit worked. It was important so I would know what to expect.
