Annual exam - minimal "physical exam"... only listened to heart, lungs, palpated neck, checked ankle swelling. Is this the norm now? no reflex test, no abdomen exam, EKG, etc? No critique of Dr. Craig; just thinking this is the standard. Also, did not see any hand hygiene by phlebotomist prior to my lab draw. Did not see hand gel or hand hygiene sink. Wondering how they sanitize between patients?

I had trouble hearing the provider on the Doximity video visit. I am not sure if that was an issue on my end or the provider's end, but the provider called my phone to alleviate the issue.

My visit eased any worrying I had while taking my concerns seriously. My only negative is I needed follow up imaging and they tried to call and see how soon I could be seen but the scheduler just told them they'd call me that day and they hadn't.

Without having an appointment I had to stop in with concerns about internal bleeding due to kidney stones. In less than 15 minutes Dr Craig had them run a lab work up me and in less than 10 more minutes I was back with Netta and she was taking my vitals and checking me in. The rushed labs testing for blood especially were popping up notices on my phone about their results. Dr Craig was with me less than 2 minutes later. Then he sent me to your Myrtle Grove location for a CT scan about 1 hour later. Everyone at both locations was absolutely amazing!!!

I was please with my visit, and look forward to this office for my medical care.

Dr Craig has been my Dr for at least 8 years. He's always been one of the most knowledgeable Dr's I've seen in my adult life. I had a severe reaction to a medication that put excessive fluids in my body. Dr Craig pretty much called me every day to monitor how the medication he prescribed was working to get my swelling from the fluid decreased. That's just one of many reasons he has been a true help to me through the period of after my heart attack and up to current. To me, he's a 1 in a million Dr.

Anytime I have an appointment with my doctor he always take good care of me !!!! My Doctor is the best!!!
