Dr . Craig listens to me . He gives me information on treatment options but allows me to make choices on my care .

We continue to drive 3 hrs to see Dr Craig. He has a fabulous bedside manner. An excellent teacher (had resident today - also great). He patiently listens and responds and explains in language you can understand. He is professional but warm. Has assembled a staff that makes you feel wanted.

Dr Craig is a generous, thoughtful and excellent physician. He has a great manner, he listens and responds to my questions. I am grateful iDr Craig is the lead on my healthcare team.

Excellent Dr and staff! Very attentive and caring

This was my first appt as new patient to office, staff and provider. Everyone, and I mean from CMA to provider to front desk, made sure I knew of options to be seen during regular clinic hours as well as extended hours and weekends. They were all welcoming with smiles and direct eye contact. As a retired manager of a primary care setting I understand and value their interactions with me. Thank you for accepting me as a new patient.

The in office experience was excellent. Making the appointment was very frustrating. I was rescheduled 2 times with little warning, which delayed my appointment by 3 months. This was my first appointment with Novent and left me wondering if it would continue to be an issue for future appointments.

Dr. Craig and his staff were superb (as usual). Dr. was very efficient and seemed concerned to make sure that he got my medical information correct. He had excellent people skills and answered all my questions. The doctor then made sure that I was on the right medical plan until we meet next. His nurse of 17 years was very personable and friendly. All in all a very good first visit.

This team has been very responsive to my needs, even when I was out of town recently.

Overall experience was great. The only con was that I had to wait 45 minutes in all between the waiting room and patient room to see my doctor, otherwise the visit was good. This is the 2nd time that I have had to wait a pretty long time.

It was a seamless process going from hospital to follow up care. Having moved here from Arizona and new to Novant, I needed a PCP and other specialty areas for complex medical issues. I couldn't be happier with my PCP or the whole Novant community so far. For some reason I feel there is a Nurse shortage however.

Always treated in a kind and respectful manner by the entire staff.

It was great that I could get in to see my dr when I really needed to see him. Dr Craig is very knowledgeable and understood all my health issues & what I was going through & knew what to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a good, highly trained dr.

Despite numerous computer/IT issues on May 6, as this was the date of the new system being operational, the staff kept their cool and provided excellent care.

Due to some discomfort concerning my heart a EKG was performed. Results showed a problem with my heart, and will now monitor the cause.
