I had a question and called back the next day. My call was returned promptly with a detailed solution to my question. Dr. Nichols was very pleasant and discussed my treatment expectations. Kathleen was my RN and she was very polite and answered all of my questions.

The entire staff was always professional and knowledgeable during each visit. Novant Health should be proud to have employees like this.

Dr. Nichol's and the complete staff at Novant radiation oncology facility in Supply have been amazing. They are professional, compassionate and made me feel like they are concerned about my well being.

Didn't get an appointment as soon as I wanted, but I come from a medical family and know how busy their offices can be, so it didn't bother me.

I went for my CT Scan at ED North and I love it there they are very professional, kind , considerate and very helpful. I won't go anywhere else. You're in and out , I don't have a chance to get myself all nervous because you're in and out quick.

Dr. Nichols had a very calming manner in presenting information and gave me hope for a good outcome. Also reassured me he would be in contact with my oncologist and that they'd work together on my treatment plan. The communication between doctors is an important aspect of care today and they do it between themselves; I don't have to be a middle man and to me, that's priceless.
