May 2024Dr. McDonald immediately put my mind at ease. Not only did he calm my nerves, he also calmed my family’s nerves. He was very thorough in explaining why I was referred to him. He took his time explaining and answering any questions that I had. He has the best bedside manner that I have ever seen in a Provider. You can truly tell that he cares about women’s health. I would highly recommend him to others. The staff and nurses were also excellent. They were very warm and friendly from the time my appointment was scheduled, to the time I arrived at the receptionist desk to the time I left. I would highly recommend Novant to anyone.
