Beth listened attentively to my concerns and took time to research my files so that my specific questions would be answered. She exhibited compassion and sorrow when she asked a question that brought tears to my eyes because it reminded me of my recent widowhood status. She took time to explain why I would no longer be her patient (I am currently under an oncologist care for vulvar cancer), but advised she would be happy to consult with me if needed. I love the staff at this office because they are all so kind, patient and efficient. I was very early for my appointment, but they were able to fit me right in with no waiting on my part.

This was my first experience at Novant Health Gynecology. I called that morning with a health concern and was hoping I could be seen asap. They were able to squeeze me in right away with Beth Holthusen. Honestly it's the first time I've really felt seen and heard by a Healthcare provider. She was understanding and kind and addressed my concerns. I was able to get through the process with little anxiety and that's saying a lot for me. It was a positive experience and I already have a future appointment scheduled. The staff there are wonderful as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends.

Great experience. I was out the door 30 minutes after my appointment time. They were right on time which is something I really appreciate. No problems today and I was told what to do if certain things happened.

Good as a regular gyn visit can be. Ms. Holthusin was thorough and helpful with advice. She knew and asked me about several recent procedures I’ve had.

Dr. Holthouser was very focused on me and my health issues. She took time to talk to me. She is very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I have been under her care for many years and she has always been like this. Her nurse and the receptionists were tops also.

Beth is so kind and interested in me personally. She doesn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed. Insurance handcuffs what can be done during a visit and I don’t like that but it’s part of our time in life.
