Gerald was great. He spent time with us, we never felt rushed. He calmly shared a cancer diagnosis with compassion and education to our family. He listened to all our questions and concerns. Thanks to him we have time to digest this with no pressure to make a decision on the next step.

Gerald Merrell was very concerned and listened to everything I said intently. He explained things in a way I could understand and took as much time as I needed.

The only problem is that Gerald Merrell did not clearly write what he said to my husband. He did say to "take a Pyridium holiday" for 1 to 2 days but he did not write 1 - 2 days. The doctor at Davis Community rehab is insisting on speaking with Gerald before she resumes Pyridium. In the meantime, he was in pain after two days and I am giving him the medication that I bought over the counter without the doctor's knowledge. She has no regard for his pain and is reluctant to restart Nati on the medication because her father had a bad experience with Pyridium. She is unprofessional, but because Gerald did not write exactly what he told us (1 to 2 days), Nati is not getting the treatment he needs and is causing us both anxiety.
